Trade fairs in Iran

Exhibiting in Iran, handled end to end

Your stand, your event and your team’s week in Tehran — from the airport to the last meeting. Plan it with us in Türkiye, and the same team looks after you in Iran.

Taking part in a Tehran fair is more than renting floor space. The stand has to pass the organiser’s technical rules, the graphics need to work in Persian as well as English, and the people you send need a hotel, a car, an interpreter and someone who knows how business meetings run in Iran.

Ramona Studio has spent 15+ years building stands for industrial and commercial companies. With offices in İzmir and Tehran, you can brief us in Turkish or English and meet the same team on site — at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground, Shahr-e Aftab, Milad Tower or Iran Mall.

What we do in Iran

One partner for the stand, the event and the trip

Stand design and build in Tehran

3D design, production and installation to the organiser’s rules, with Persian–English graphics. Custom stands on raw space, or upgrades to a shell-scheme booth.

Conferences and company events

Product launches, seminars, dealer meetings and dinners during the fair: venue, stage, sound and screens, catering and the guest list.

Hosting invited companies

Invited to Iran by a partner or a buyer? We plan the whole visit and look after your delegation from arrival to departure, for business and for some time to see the city.

Hotels in Tehran

Hotels close to the fairground or in the business districts of north Tehran, booked for your dates and budget.

Airport pick-up and transfers

Pick-up at Imam Khomeini Airport and a car with driver each day between the hotel, the fair and your meetings.

Interpreter and companion at the fair

Turkish–Persian or English–Persian interpreters on the stand, and a companion who knows the halls, the organiser and the paperwork.

Meetings and negotiations

We help arrange meetings with buyers, distributors and suppliers, sit at the table with you and keep the follow-up moving after you fly home.

Business advice and city time

Practical advice on working with Iranian companies, and if the schedule allows, an afternoon in Tehran — the bazaar, a museum, a good dinner.

Three ways to work with us

How it works

From the first message to the last meeting

  1. 01

  4. 04

    On the ground

We meet you at the airport and stay with you until the fair closes and the meetings are done.

Questions we often get

Which fairs in Iran do you work at?

Mostly in Tehran: the Tehran International Permanent Fairground, Shahr-e Aftab, Milad Tower and Iran Mall. Fairs in other Iranian cities are possible on request. Our exhibition calendar lists the upcoming dates.

Can you build our stand before we arrive in Iran?

Yes. Design approval, graphics and changes are handled online. Our Tehran team builds and installs the stand before you land and sends you photos.

Do you provide Turkish-speaking interpreters?

Yes. We arrange Turkish–Persian and English–Persian interpreters for the stand, meetings and factory visits.

Can you help with the visa?

We can help with the invitation letter and guide you through the application. The rules depend on your passport, so we check them with you before you book flights.

How early should we start?

For a custom stand, 8 to 10 weeks before the fair. Hotels near the fairground fill up in busy weeks, so it is best to plan the trip at the same time.

Do you only work with exhibitors?

No. We also host companies invited to Iran for meetings, conferences or factory visits, with or without a fair.

Planning a fair or a business trip to Tehran?

Send us the fair name, your dates and how many people are travelling. We reply with a plan and a quote.

Got a fair or a launch coming up?

Send us the date and a line or two about what you need. We get back to you within a working day.
