METAFO is Iran’s big steel and metallurgy fair, and most stands there look a lot alike. For Wadi Steel we took shapes from rolled steel, like curves and stacked rings, and used the company’s own green and graphite with gold lettering.
A large arch with an LED face marks the entrance and is what people photograph. Walk through and there’s a tunnel of lit rings that ends at a wall telling the company’s story. Products sit on plinths along a curved path on the floor, next to a big screen. Downstairs is for reception and quick meetings. The VIP lounge is on the second floor, up a staircase inside the stand, where the real conversations happened.
