There are about 10 weeks to go, which is a comfortable amount of time. You can have a fully custom design, go through two or three rounds of changes, and still get the stand built without anyone rushing.
Dates come from the organiser and sometimes change, so check their website before you book anything.
These dates are for a stand of roughly 50 to 100 m². Bigger or two-storey stands need a few more weeks.
Dubai and Abu Dhabi host some of the biggest trade shows anywhere, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City and ADNEC. The rules on approvals, materials and working hours are strict and the deadlines don’t move. We prepare the drawings for approval, build the stand and handle shipping and installation.
