When to start on your stand

Only about 5 weeks left. A fully custom stand is getting tight now. A modular stand, or reworking one you already own, is the safer choice.

Dates come from the organiser and sometimes change, so check their website before you book anything.

A realistic schedule

  1. Design signed off
  2. Production starts
  3. Graphics go to print
  4. Build-up in the hall
  5. Opening day

These dates are for a stand of roughly 50 to 100 m². Bigger or two-storey stands need a few more weeks.

About the venue

Dubai and Abu Dhabi host some of the biggest trade shows anywhere, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City and ADNEC. The rules on approvals, materials and working hours are strict and the deadlines don’t move. We prepare the drawings for approval, build the stand and handle shipping and installation.
